Marantz

Downeast Audio Video sells and installs Marantz audio equipment in southern Maine.

Marantz is a legendary high-end audio brand best known for its rich acoustic heritage, warm analog sound, and timeless luxury craftsmanship.

While Marantz built its global fame primarily on receivers and amplifiers, its speakers—both vintage classics and modern hi-fi models—are engineered with the same “Most Musical Sound” philosophy. Marantz speakers combine rich wood cabinetry, detailed mid-ranges, and smooth, fatigue-free audio, targeting audiophiles who value acoustic warmth and refined design over harsh output.
