THE DOWNEAST PROCESS

Free Initial Consultation – This can be an onsite visit or a scheduled meeting. We will make introductions, review project needs, blueprints and take pictures. This time is utilized to gather as much information as possible such as client needs, project challenges and budget. We strive to have a proposal delivered within 24 to 48 Hours.

Design – Having full documentation from the Consultation, we move into the design phase, keeping in mind the needs, concerns and budget of the customer. This will vary depending on the complexity of the project.

Pre Wire – This Phase is the first physical step in all construction, renovation or retrofit projects. While the walls are open we run up to date, in-wall rated low voltage cabling to ensure no wires can be seen when it comes time for final system install.

Project Management – We work closely with General Contractors, designers, architects, electricians and any other vendor involved to ensure the installation of your system is seamless.

Installation and Programming – The most exciting step of the process where the vision becomes reality. A professional installation that harmonizes performance and aesthetics. The best part is that we love making this a fun experience to remember with the customer!

Client Instruction – The most important step. A one on one tutorial in that leaves you completely comfortable and capable of operating and enjoying your system. Modern electronics can seem intimidating to some… we are able to bridge that gap and give you a system that is easy to understand and operate.

Service After the Sale – Any new system may need minor adjustments or you may have a question or two after operating on your own. Not to worry, we are there to help! We stand behind our systems and offer assistance in any manufacturers warranty claims.
